1. Services

DPointed Studio LLC provides white-label architectural and digital media production services, including but not limited to:

  • Architectural Designs & Floor Plans: 2D/3D floor plans, site plans, ceiling plans, building elevations, and CAD drafting.

  • CGI & Visualizations: 3D renderings, CGI artist impressions, and BIM services.

  • Visual Media Processing: Photo editing (HDR blending, day-to-dusk, object removal), video editing (color grading, drone editing, short-form reels), virtual staging, virtual tours, and Matterport processing.

  • Graphic Design: Marketing collaterals and digital brand identity assets.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate project delivery, clients must:

  • Provide complete, high-resolution source materials, design specifications, measurements, or raw files required for production.

  • Deliver prompt feedback and approvals during scheduled revision rounds.

  • Ensure they hold the legal rights or authorization for any media, blueprints, or asset files submitted to us for processing.

3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

  • Quotes & Invoices: All project fees will be outlined in an agreed proposal, estimate, or invoice prior to commencement.

  • Payment Terms: Full or initial project payments must be settled according to the agreed schedule prior to final high-resolution file delivery.

  • Delays: Late payments or delayed client approvals may adjust estimated turnaround times and project delivery dates.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, full ownership and usage rights of the final delivered media and design files transfer to the client.

  • White-Label & Portfolio Rights: Unless explicitly restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or custom contract, DPointed Studio LLC reserves the right to archive completed work and display non-confidential visuals in our professional portfolio or promotional materials.

5. Revisions and Modifications

  • Revisions must fall within the original project scope defined during ordering.

  • Substantial changes to initial specifications, layout re-drafts, or structural redesigns requested after work has commenced may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • DPointed Studio LLC provides architectural visualizations, renderings, and floor plans as visual media assets. Visual representations are for marketing, conceptual, and illustrative purposes and are not certified engineering or structural building blueprints unless explicitly executed by a licensed engineer.

  • In no event shall DPointed Studio LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our site or delivered assets.

7. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or website features at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
